We want you to love your Poplights! But we understand that things happen. Please email us at hello@thepoplight.com and let us know why you wish to return your order so we can start the refund and return process. You'll have 30 days to contact us about returning your order from the date you received it.
We do not accept returns if the product is not in the original packaging. Please allow us 10 business days after receiving your return to process the refund.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance and your order is lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged in shipping, we will not replace your order. We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance.
Customer is responsible for shipping labels for new products that are not defective (wrong color or damaged). Should customer receive a defective product (wrong color or damaged), Poplight will send a return label to customer and refund the order upon receiving the return.
Warm Poplights are not exchangeable for Warmest Poplights.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your Poplight for a different color or for any other reason, Poplight will refund you for the returned non-damaged Poplight in its original packaging. Customer will be responsible for shipping for the new Poplight and the return Poplight.
Poplight Shipping Insurance
Poplight offers shipping insurance to customers to insure orders are delivered within 25 days and without damage. If your order is lost or not delivered within 25 days of order shipment, Poplight will replace your order 100%. This insurance does not cover stolen items.
Shipping insurance must be purchased with the original, affected order. Shipping insurance purchased separately from the original, effected order will not apply.
